Match drilled to #30 VS structure, disassembled, deburred and riveted back together. Everything appears to fit well.
Clecoed VS skin to structure and match drilled that also to #30 including the VS half of the rudder hinge. Did not up drill the tip rivets, need to research how best to fit the fiberglass tip.
