Brief Description: Engine turned the folding rib backer plates.
Engine turned the folding rib backer plates: Made a jig and then engine turned all the rib backer plates in the wing fold area. Used a Dremel tool with ScotchBrite pad cut into small 1 1/4" disks and hot glued to cut off wheel. I had already riveted the ribs and attach brackets to the front backer plates which caused problems when engine turning. I ended up cutting a hole in the jig in the shape of the rib letting the flage and attach brackets fit inside the cutout and the backer plate was then flush with the jig surface.
