Continue work on Ailerons: Filed all cut edges including the holes for the counterbalance & actuator arm. Match drilled all the ribs to the ailerons. Drilled the hinge to the ailerons while keeping the ailerons flat in the press I made. Updrilled all holes in both ailerons to #30 for riveting.
Tomorrow I will disassemble and deburr all aileron parts. Hopefully I will get my lead weights back from a friend who is milling them to size and drilling them for the 3 AN3 bolts in each weight. Then, next step will be to rivet the counter balance arms to the ribs and finally assemble and rivet everything together.
