Remember what I said about the innocent saying "it won't hurt to look"? Well, I ordered the Empennage kit today for my RV-12. Mine will be builder number 120647.............which means mine will be the 647th kit for the RV-12.
While there I purchased the Empennage kit instruction manual for further study. This would help me while I studied some of the great build logs and blogs that others have done.
