pp 10-03 Steps 6 & 7: Seperate & deburr hinge brackets and stiffners pp 10-04 Step 1: Press bushings into attach brackets Step 2: Slightly flute aft bulkhead Step 3: Cleco doubler to aft bulkhead Steps 4 & 5: Cleco tailskid bracket in place and match drill Step 6: Final drill nutplate holes Step 7: Cleco tailskid bracket & attach brackets to aft bulkhead & doubler Steps 8 & 9: rivet bulkhed, bulkhead doubler, tailskid bracket, & attach brackets Step 10: Rivet nutplates to aft bulkhead Steps 11-13: Cleco hinge brackets & flange bearings to aft bulkhead assembly and final drill. Then rivet in place. Step 14: Insert snap bushing
