The ouboard rib has a tooling hole that needs to be plugged. I fabricated a plate that covers this hole and countersunk two rivets that will attach this hole to the rib. The part was deburred and then riveted with sealant. The capacitiave plates received a glob of sealant over each wire connection and then was screwed into place on each respective rib. The end rib was then sealed into place and the rivets were then squeezed and a dab of sealant placed on each rivet shop head. I dont mind squeezing these rivets prior to the sealant partially setting since the squeezer is being used. The outboard rib reinforcement plate was then riveted into place in the leading edge.
