R-713 was riveted to R-703. The two holes in the forward web of R-703 was enlarged to accomodate the bolts that will attach E-614-020. R-703, R-704, R-405PD, R-606PP, R607PP, R-608PP and R-717 were all riveted to R-802PP. Then R-710 was riveted to R-405PD then to R-704. The bottom skin was then clecoed to the rudder structure and a small amount of RTV was applied to the end of each rudder stiffener before the top skin was clecoed to the rudder skeleton.
