Brief Description: Wing splice plate prep

Each splice plate that connects the respective fuel tank to the leading edge assembly requires platenuts for the #8 screws. Each splice plate was match drilled with a platenut, deburred, dimpled, scuffed, primed, and a platenut riveted to it.
