A good day today ! Both flaps are riveted & ready for inspection. Only the outside peremiter is not riveted but that is easy as most will be done with the squeezer.
If you wonder why there are black lines on the hinge, that is because this area will cut off , about 2" for ease of sliding the pin in the hinge. I installed a plate nut on the spar so the hinge pins of both side will be secured at that place. I saw this in the RVator book I bought a few years back.
On the third picture, you can see my installation for riveting the ribs and all. I used my tungsten bucking bar which is 5/8" thick X 1" X 4" long and it was easy access and riveting was also easy !
