Brief Description:  Adding F673 skins

Long drilling day today. I have started installing the F673 skins (rear side skins). The drilling part is easy and fast. It's preparing the pilot holes forcing my body to crawl under and going out that takes time. I must have crawled under no less than 100 times. So of course the knees hurt, the back as well and every muscle of my aging body ! The good side is I have done a lot of exercise.

I used straps and duct tape to hold those skins in place. It worked quite well. Once the pilot holes are drilled it's a simple matter after.

I whish I had someone to help me because I am sure it would be all drilled by now. I will resume it next weekend.

It sure gives rigidity to the structure. At any rate it starts to looks like an airplane.

With this many holes, deburring & dimpling will take many hours to do ... not tasks that I look forward to do ... but a necessity !
