Finally, I received my FF things and all missing parts including the SS box recess for the firewall. With that, I started to detail check what has been done as well as adding that box to the firewall. Some drilling are incorrect and some holes are too close to the edge of the angle , specially on the two vertical ones. I am also doing the old firewall version, meaning that there are 2 crossing angles giving some rigidity to the flimzy SS sheet.
As you can see, I had the corners of the firewall, powder coated which will give it a good rust protection.
Next step, is to enlarge the peremeter holes to #30 size , dimple , give the aluminium part corrosion protection and then rivet it.
