Although I had the template made last week, I needed to do some fine tuning and that took the better part of the day. I managed to position the brackets on one wing rear spar and drilled the holes through the aileron bracket that attach with the brackets on the rear spar.
To position the brackets on the rear spar, once the airfoil template were adjusted correctly, I draw a reference line , 5/16" away from the bottom skin side on the template and insured the line was centered in the bracket bearing hole; then, I drilled the the bracket to spar/rib.
