Brief Description:  Riveting the ribs

I did not completed everything I wanted to do. It took me longer to rivet than expected ... It is a long process ... remome the cleco, add a little bit of pro seal then put a rivet in the hole, push it hard to remove the excess of proseal under the head and then riveting. Then , clean the rivet area & the tools and re-start all over.

I bought a new scale as my other one was not as precise. This got me worry about the proseal mix .... also, it is quite colder here in Eastern Canada, so my garage temperature is between 10-15 C. I like it cool but it takes longer to cure the proseal.

As for the rivet head, even if I used a dimple tank dimple dies, I find that the heads of all the rivets stands a little proud of the surface. Visually they are ok but to the touch of my finger they are proud. I do not know if this is the normal condition due to the proseal under each rivet head ...

I cannot say I enjoy this proseal work. It's a necessity .... In my opinion, this is the toughest thing to do in this construction to date ...

Next weekend ... I will complete this tank hopefully !
