Brief Description: Bought an RV6 SN21488 (1994)

Here is how this project started ...
I was reading the ads in the COPA magazine, when my eyes caught one that reads something like this: "complete RV6 kit with all the jigs" .... the fun part of the story is I am the 4th owner of this kit which had everything in a very good condition except for the canopy.
A few years back, I started an RV9A after years of dreaming of a RV6 . In the early '90s I bought the drawings set to build a RV6 but after a trip to Van's in OR, I switched my mind toward an RV9A. I bought the tail, assembled it, got it inspected and I was about to order the wings when this ad caught my attention.
It was love at first sight, specially when I saw the Phlogiston spars were in impeccable condition. All the aluminium sheets were there, rivets & bolts, etc .... It also had all the jigs that were quite something as they were made of metal U channels, quite a sturdy jig system! All this to say that I packed it all and drove home with it !
So, hopefully, I will be able to built it and replace my Cessna with this beautiful machine.
