Brief Description: Bottom cowl plates

As the hinges and rivets tend to work loose at the cowl bottom I rather install two plates with shims and then use Dzus fasteners or Camlocks. Make two plates and drill and clecoe toether with .032 shim. Countersink shims and rivet on plates.
