Bend FWD end up by fluting untill vertiva lfit is good. Make alclad bae plate to strengthen box and insert. Cut round hole for Alt Air door. Drill Alt Air door rivet holes and palte nut. Assemble and rivet. Drill all top plate and box rivet holes.
