Brief Description: Shoulder Harness Wear Blocks

Mark out and drill supplied Shoulder Harness Wear Blocks as per plans. Drill to upper and lower luggage bulkheads. Deburr holes and rivet on using washers. Add plate nuts in bottom bulkhead as per plans. Test fit both bulkheads.
