File and trim ribs in order to get correct gap as per plans. Drill #40 all holes in C-614 splice and #30 hinge angles. Remove frame, debuur holes, remove drill chafings. Test fit and clecoe again. Then drill #30 and celcoe C-614 splice holes. Tape down frame and check gap as per plans.
