Drill tubes as per instructions.
Trim UHVM block and finish.
Mke four bushed as per instructions on page 40-6.
Install parts as per plans.
Drill flap actuator shaft for safety wire and install on the motor end.
Clamp and drill.
Flap horn installed
Actuator installed
