Insert the WD-1014 torque tube collar through the forward side of the 1 1/8 inch diameter hole in the spar web. Angle the torque tube collar to fit through holes as mentioned and to fit into aft torque tube subassembly. Rivet flanged bearings on aft sides of the wing and install both subassemblies and fit nuts, bolts and washers as per callout on the plans and torque. Mark torqued nuts and bolts.
