Trace and check RH magneto wiring. No fault. Remove and dissassemble magneto. Found points gap very narrow and arced close. Adjust Points gap and assemble magneto.
Found small oil leak at oil cooler fittings. HAve to replace a 45 degree fitting (top one) with a 90 degree fitting, Remoe scat hoses, LH exhaust and oil cooler. Replace fitting and tighten properly. Install oil coller again. Re route hoses, move clamps and secure.
Found that plastic sleeving on CSU calbe got some damage from exhaust heat. Re route slightly and cover with a rubber hose to protect against heat.
Test flight of 1.5 hours to do stalls testing and to set up Dynon AOA.
