Brief Description:  Fit cowl rubbers

Fit plenum plate nuts. measure and fit and bend clamping strips and cooling rubbers to bottom cowl left and right by drilling 3 no 27 holes in the bottom cowl, air seal fabric and clamping strips. Countersink holes in bottom cowl for a 6R6 screw.
