Lots of fun...first up I riveted R716 between the skin and the rib so had to drill both out and put them in them proper inside position. On the bright side I am getting quite competent at driling out flush rivets!
On the more frustrating side the CS4-4 blind rivets seem to break the stem half way with the Stanley riveter and the other one from Bunnings. The old one from the Zodiac kit seems to set well but has the concave heads so ground them flat and found that it also broke the stem. This means that it is something to do with the length of the pull and where that is situated on the rivet stem. Popped a wash in and now rivets set perfectly. Having set literally thousands of rivets before I don't understand the exact why as it isn't a technique issue.
