Skeleton all riveted together nicely and four rivets that I was not happy with on the skin were replaced with the appropriate oops rivet. Thereafter a bit of bending of the skin with the Vans prescribed bending aparatus and then added RTV to the trailing and leading edge stiffeners...then onto riveting with the squeezer.
All went well with only one required drill out for tomorrow and a couple of MK319s for the too tight areas but noting that the mandrels keep snapping off in the pop rivet and not coming out cleanly. Having set thousands of rivets on the Zodiac xl I know that they set properly but still don't understand why they are breaking at the wrong point.
