Brief Description: Deburring and prepping for primer
Stripped down the horizontal stabiliser and started the tedious deburring and scotch brite primer prepping of the surfaces ready for paint. Never fun but do feel I am making progress being at home so much.
I did manage to not read the instructions properly (in order) at one point and drilled one hole in HS 00005 before I have tensioned it properly on the rear spar which caused the problem in image 2. Quick email back and forth with Vans and they said it is no issue and just add a doubler which I did. It is really hard to even see the mistake with the doubler clecoed into place.
