Before attaching the bulkhead, be sure to flatten the radius on the very end of the bottom skins next to the square hold. This raised edge is next to where the "J" stiffner was removed...located directly below the bulkhead. The two raised edges prevent the bulkhead from seating nicely.
When attaching skins, I have found that most areas can be cleco'ed every other or every third or forth hole, but, when attaching the side skins to the lower skins.....because the seam is in a radius, I needed to use clecos in every hole. Otherwise the seam would not close tightly.
