Van says squeeze the bushing into the bracket using a C clamp and socket. It worked well. I actually put a bolt through the bushing first to hold it straight.
I guess you have to be an aircraft engineer to understand why the used 7 different size/shape rivets on this bulkhead. What is that old saying.....do or die, not to question WHY! Fits pretty well when building an airplane.
