This small piece required a lot of fab work. Thankfully Vans provides a metal template to show you exactly where to remove metal...what the bracket should be shaped like. Putting a radius on the corners is easy, but removing part of the plate at the "drilled and tapped" end of the Bracket would have been a guessing game without the template.
Notice that there are 6 or 7 different rivets used in completing the bulkhead. Two of the symbols are very similar. Had I not counted the rivets and said "I dont have enough" I would have made idiot mistake number 2. Both symbols are triangles with lines on all three sides. But one symbol has the point on the top and the other has a flat serface on the top. See photo below.
