While the front deck and instrument panel were clecoed in place, I clamped a block of wood to the aft side of the instrument panel in order to position the F-721C and F-721D attach angles. After removing the top skin and with the instrument panel held firmly against the wooden block, I drilled the rivet holes for the attach angles.
Added nut plates to the bottom of F-7107-L-R and F-7108-A ribs. This will provide a place to attach Adel clamps to hold wire bundles.
