Some of the attach angles are on the under side of the sub-panel assembly, so instead of lying on my back under the panel to drill the holes, I decided to try to do as much as I can on the bench. I clecoed the ribs to the front deck skin and then flipped the assembly over and then marked and drilled the holes for the F-7108C attach angle.
Instrument panel side is down and clamped to the bench top.
