I cut out the aft skirts from .032 aluminum sheet stock. Then I made this totally sweet hole finder. I marked and drilled the holes to match the existing holes in the canopy frame. As seen in these pictures, I will need to do some work to pull the skirt in to match the curve of the fuselage.
