Spent some time on my trip reading through the directions and studying the plans for the HS-405 rib flange holes. Called vans about the miscalculated cut on HS-405 and they said was not a big deal. Measured the flange, pre-punched the locations, and drilled the holes.
Began to cleco on the HS-801 skin and realized the HS-708 nose rib was scratching the interior pretty bad.
