Was all set to bend, twist, and flatten my longerons when, lo and behold, I discovered that I did not have them. Called Van's and learned that they do not ship them with the fuselage kit. I only ordered the fuselage kit before the wings because Van's told me the center section is now sent with the fuselage and not the wings so it does not matter the order. Well, there's more to the story, apparently, so Van's agreed to ship me the longerons and cover the freight since they did not catch there error. My wings are not scheduled to ship until the week of September 12, but they said they could ship them this week if I wanted that kit right away. I agreed to pay the balance and will now receive my wings next week.
Borrowed Jim Kubik's 3x rivet gun and right away realized I wanted one. Also borrowed another offet 1/8 rivet set and was able to finish the fuselage floor riveting of the intercostal and floor ribs.
Finished tightening the bolts on the LG boxes and riveted them to the forward fuselage floor.
