Construction started with building the horizontal stabilizer. This includes cleco'ing all the parts together, matchdrill all the pre-punched holes, disassembling, deburring, dimpling and priming all the internal parts.
After this has been completed all the parts are cleco'ed together again and riveted in a specific sequence, according to the construction manual.
