Cut right 6B2-3 to fit. Flipped bottom skin upside down. Aligned rear longeron with skin edge, cross pieces and spice joint location. Drilled holes in rear longerons starting from splice and working aft.
Lined up front longerons. Lined up splice, and shim using an inspection mirror to verify proper placement. Clamped in pace using 4 clamps per side. Verified edge distances and front edge alignment. Drilled holes in aft half of splice. Rechecked alignment and then drilled front half. Finished drilling holes for front longerons. Flipped rig back right side up.
Timmed front 3 'Z' shaped pieces to final size and joggled the ends.
