Sorted pieces out by numbers so that they will be easier to find in the future. Deburred edges of bottom skin. Built jig per instructions. Viewed the HomeBuilders DVD on forming the pieces. They highlight that the longer side should be 'up'. I did that but didn't realize that 'up' was in reference to the final location in the airplane and not as it is laying on the work bench in the jig. That became a 'redo'. I should have figured that out before drilling any holes.... Lots of time wasted fixing that one.
