Riveted tie-down ring inplace. Cut foam pieces for bottom of baggage locker to protect the skin. Used foam designed for tool boxes from Sears. (1/2 inch thick) Cut foam pieces for the 2 sides to block lightening holes. Riveted "L" piece to top of rear panel. Clecoed top skin back in-place. Riveted 2 sides of rear panel in place. Made 2 "L' re-enforcement pieces. Trimmed door to final size. Drilled holes to final size. Drilled holes for dzus fasteners. Dis-assembled the door, deburred and applied anti-corrosive to all over lapping areas.
