Marked holes in bottom nose skin for fuel tank vent and drain using a cardboard template. Vent hole was spot on but drain hole was slightly off and had to enlarge to accomodate the drain. Filed vent tube to 45 degrees. Cut hole for fuel fill opening using a clear plastic sheet. Bent fuel sensor arm into 'Z' IAW assembly manual. Verified resistance with an ohm meter. Cut hole in fuel tank end for sensor and mounted. Verified full range of motion of the installed sensor. Cut fuel finger-filter access cover. Marked and drilled holes for cover bolts and nut plate rivets.
