Drilled wing tip holes to final size. Deburred all holes and applied anti-corrosive. Re-assembled with clecoes. Riveted all holes except those in top skins and all holes going into the fiberglass piece. Drilled and cleced navigation light inplace. Clecoed flap inplace. Aligned aileron. Marked edge distances and clamped inplace. With outboard edge aligned perfectly the inboard edge was also perfect!!!! Never expected that to happen. Drilled holes starting with inboard hole and worked towards the tip. Once all holes were drilled and clecoed rechecked flap/aileron joint and still looks perfect - so good I took a picture! Removed flap and aileron. Removed all clecoes in the top skni and opened it up to start work on the inside of the wing.
