Laid out nose skin wing tip IAW instructions. Cut and filed to approximate size. Formed 'V' brackets to support aft wing tip outter skin. Cut the first one too short and had to redo. Good thing Zenith included extras!!! Clamped, drilled and clecoed in place. Mounted 90mm section of 'L' bracket on wing channel. Used some scrap material clamped in place to replicate the outter tip skin to insure 'L' bracket was mounted flush. Fit fiberglass nose piece in place. Lined up much easier than Left one did. Drilled and clecoed top and most of bottom in place. Then removed to cut away some more skin along bottom near the tip. Filed smooth and re-installed the fiberglass piece. Marked and drilled the final hole.
