Marked and drilled holes in the Root Doubler. Marked rib stations for rear ribs on Rear Channel. Measured three times and marked stations on both sides of the channel. Marked holes using Root Doubler for spacing. Hand made the Hinge Doubler 6W7-1 because I missed drilled the holes for the left wing. Used a piece of 'L' material. Cut 3mm off one side using a spacer and another 'L' piece as a guide and an Olfa knife. Worked like a champ! Then used a bending 'thing' made for working with A/C ducting but worked well for this. Then lined rear ribs with channel holes, clamped, drilled and clecoed rear ribs to rear channel. Cut rear channel to length at 45 degree angle using a metal guide clamped in place and an Olfa knife. Drilled hole for aileron rod. Drilled all holes to final A5 size. Dis-assembled and began deburring.
