Quadruple checked location for fuel sensor opening on side of tank. Drilled pilot hole then used fly cutter in a hand drill to make opening. Installed sensor with ground wire. Used a hand mirror to visually confirm proper float travel. Tested sensor with ohm meter to verify full range. Attached ground wire to tank tab. Had to cut 1/2" screw twice to keep clear of tank. Attached both ground wires to NR#2. Began working on landing light bracket. Drilled holes to final size. Used 2 extra 7/32" bits to keep plates lined up. Then used black clecos to hold nut-plates inplace while drilling holes for 3/32 rivets. Worked MUCH easier than screwing bolts in for alignment.
