Finished making the fuel access cover. Smoothed edges of access opening and trialed fitted to see how hard that will be when the wing is attached. Wasn't as difficult as I thought. Finished grinding the holes for the tank. Applied the cork material to the tank. Marked and cut the hole in the wing skin for the fill cap. That was scary, hope it fits.....Modify fuel guage sensor by bending float rod IAW instructioins. Marked opeining on side of tank. Made a fly-cut hole in a scrap piece to verify that the cutter was set within tolerences.
