Ground tank vent and quick drain holes. fits better but needs more. Fly-cutter arrived in mail today. Used that to cut hole for access to the fuel sender and finger filter/fuel line. Conducted extensive search looking for tank access cover. Finally figured out that unlike the airleron horn access cover which was pre-cut, this one was simply a rectangle of metal and not drilled. Cut to size, marked and drilled holes in cover. Should have but didn't drill and cleco the holes in the skin. Instead, I enlarged holes in cover to final size. Screwed nutplates on to drill the 3/32" holes for rivets to hold in place.
