Drilled and clecoed remainder of the nose ribs. Marked and drilled holes in rear channel. Marked and drilled holes in doubler. Drilled and clecoed doubler and hinge doubler to rear channel.My great idea for wood 2x2's vice steel failed. Two warped at least a half inch. Found some 2x3 PVC gutter down spouts that I cut to 4 1/2 feet lengths (5' seems too long). At least they won't warp and they were cheap.
