Drilled and clecoed piano hinge and trim tab. Swings freely. Marked location for trim tab actuator. Plans call for 55mm offset from rib to actuator arm. If mounted this way the access cover would over lap the rib. All drawinngs show the access hole further out board. Only thing that I could figure is that the actuator used to be mounted inboard of the rib. I mounted my actuator with the arm 75mm from the center of the rib and cut the access hole accordingly. The results match all the pictures / plans except the one that shows a 55mm offset. I wonder if anyone else had the same issue????
