Removed all upper skin clecos to open elevator to access internal doubler. Drilled holes with drill press after marking with all in place except piano hinge and upper skin. Probably should have put spacers in place before marking. Seems to fit. Still confused by when to rivet????? Instructions show pictures of varying degrees of rivets then later pictures with just clecos.... WTF????
