Drilled and riveted bottom side of end spars. Couldn't find in the directioins any quidance on when this is/was suppose to be accomplished. Fitted, measured, drilled and clecoed top half of end caps. Question on what to do with bottom half based on recommendation to hold off on riveting until stab is attached.
