Brief Description: Rivet top skin on stab.

Clecoed then riveted bottom skin of stab. Left piano hinge inplace with clecos IAW directions pending drilling of elevator for hinge. Aligned end cap tips and marked. Open question on drilling and riveting bottom skin to end ribs.
