Deburring all parts including lightening holes

Matchdrill holes from spart into doubler #30 drill

Final drill all the other 1/8" holes with #30 drill

Machine countersink holes on spar. Mark holes NOT TO BE Drilled

Final drill #12 wht 3/16" holes in the hinge brackets.

Cleco hinge brackets and final drill#30 into spar.

Scuffed the hinge brackets. Cleaned all parts with EkoClean.

Primed with Valspar Self Etching ZincOxide Primer green
